Buying A Dry Granulator for Energy-saving.

At the beginning, Pavel told us the local cost of industrial water is very high, 3.65 BAM per cubic meter. Markaa, he asked if there was any way to make granulation without using water. Then, we learned the price of local industrial electricity only costs 0.26 BAM per kWh. Getting Considerate Service & Additional Equipment ka Yushunxin.

To tackle the dust issue from coal, we proposed installing a bag filter type dust collector before feeding. And, the bag dust collector can settle the heavier dust through gravity and collect the coal dust. Intaa waxaa dheer, we can customize dust shield on all equipment.

A Successful Transaction with Bosnian Coal Plant

Customer Visit & Deal Completion

After Pavel’s initial inquiry on January 17^th, 2021, we enthusiastically welcome his visit to our plant in Zhengzhou to finalize the deal on February 10^th, 2021. After negotiations, they decided to proceed with the purchase. Hence, the total transaction price for the double roller extrusion granulator with auxiliary equipment, including a certain discount, amounted to 19,300 BAM ($10,500 or €9,870). Then, they made a prepayment of 60% of the total amount to secure the order.

Delivery from Yushunxin Plant to Chinese Port

Secondly, the machines were loaded into a 40ft container and be transported from our plant in Zhengzhou on February 28^th, 2021 to the nearest Chinese port, which is typically Qingdao Port. However, it usually takes around 2-3 days for inland transportation to reach Qingdao Port, which costs $200-$300.

Shipment from China to Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina

From the Port of Shanghai, the container would be shipped to the Port of Arica in Chile. Because, Arica is one of the closest major seaports to Bolivia due to the country’s landlocked status. Intaa waxaa dheer, the sea freight cost from Shanghai to Arica is around $1,500 per container. Sidoo kale, the journey usually takes approximately 35 days.

Inland Transportation from Port to Tuzla

From there, the machines will need to be transported inland to Tuzla. Because of the numerous inland waterways in Bosnia, the most feasible mode of transportation would be via the Sava River, which has ports in both Brčko District and Šamac Municipality. Caadi ahaan, this transportation plan via river can take 2-3 days to reach Tuzla from the port, spending $500-$700.

As a result, the final installation would take place on April 12^th, 2021 at the Pavel’s coal plant in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
